As part of the partnership between GlaxoSmithKline and The Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Formula One Team, Just Marketing International recently tasked GLM with delivering a Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Pit Stop car to Delhi, India.
The GLM team arranged all logistics, customs clearances and delivery of the car to the conference. They then assisted the GSK staff deliver pit stops to visitors and VIP’s throughout the event, expertly operating the kit.
More than 200 people took part over three days and the equipment helped introduce the benefits of teamwork to senior staff from GSK markets heads across the world.
In addition to shipping and operating the equipment, GLM also assisted sourcing and managing software developers who created sophisticated new timing software which recorded and displayed the wheel change time for all participants.
