Alloy Heat Treatment Receives Nadcap Merit Status for Heat Treating
Nadcap recognizes Alloy Heat Treatment for its superior performance and commitment to continual improvement in aerospace quality
Quality Director, Steve Roberts stated:
“He is delighted that Alloy Heat Treatment has again been awarded Nadcap Merit status for Heat Treating, it is a true indication of how dedicated the Team at Alloy Heat Treatment are to providing a quality service to the Aerospace Industry”
Alloy Heat Treatment, an independently owned company, based at Dudley in the West Midlands, has held Nadcap accreditation since 2005. Having demonstrated their ongoing commitment to quality by satisfying customer requirements and industry specifications, the Nadcap Heat Treat Task Group has determined that Alloy Heat Treatment has earned special recognition. This means that, instead of having their next Nadcap audit in twelve months, Alloy Heat Treatment has been granted an accreditation that lasts until 2028.
Jay Solomond, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the Performance Review Institute, commented:
“Nadcap accreditation is universally acknowledged as a significant undertaking. Validating compliance to industry standards, best practices and customer requirements, Nadcap has long been incorporated by the aerospace industry into their risk mitigation activity. The hard work of Alloy Heat Treatment has enabled them to gain Nadcap accreditation for Heat Treatment . I commend them for this accomplishment,”
